Recognizing that multiple oppressions related to gender, race, class, and education shape financial access and stability, aim to engage in more conversations about salary, income, retirement, and other aspects of your finances.

Research shows that women are better able to negotiate wages and fair treatment if they know how much others in their workplace and sector are paid.
