It's Week 9...who are you listening to? Too many women and girls in our communities are invisibilized, and their voices go unheard. Challenge yourself this week with an intentional action to deepen your own listening and to elevate the stories, experiences, and wisdom of others.

Amplify the voices of the most marginalized and least heard.

Women of color, low-income women, women with disabilities, LGTBQ women, elder women, and rural women are often left out of critical conversations. If you do not hold these identities, amplify voices of those who do. Invite underserved women to the table, listen actively, and share or step back from power.
